• Screen shots, and MLM pictures work well, as long as they are not picture of a picture (which has glare). If you would rather send the link for the listing, I can pull the picture to preserve the quality, but just please let me know which picture to use from the listing (1st, 2nd, etc). If you send the link, feel free to include that on the "notes to seller" box when checking out!

• Landscape and square images work best! Dark/night picture will look darker and not as clear, so for that reason, I recommend sending a daylight, bright image.

• All text is customizable on the ornament. Make sure you double check the spelling you would like. All designs are permanently printed onto the ornament using a sublimation process. The design is not a decal (vinyl) and will not fade or rub off.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTES

• Please note that the photo is NOT hand painted on the ornament. It is printed directly on the glass, using a process of sublimation, which will not fade or rub off. This is a GLASS ornament, which means it can break if dropped hard enough!

• I am not able to edit the photo to take off things (cars, people, garbage cans, trees, etc) or add any coloring or elements to the pictures. Please send the EXACT PICTURE you’d like printed on the ornament. 

|| PROOFS ||

• Throughout the year (off-season, February-October), I will contact you via Etsy messages after the art is done, to send a proof. Please make sure to check your dashboard regularly so not to delay your shipping. I will send up to 3 reminders to review your proof. If i do not hear from you with an approval within 48 hours, your item will be finalized and shipped as is. No changes can be made after this point in time.

• I will provide you with one revision. If you need more than that, the cost is $5 per 2 revisions, per ornament. 

• I am not able to promise complimentary proofs during the holidays (November and December months), so please DOUBLE CHECK all spelling. If I have any questions regarding your order, I will message you.

|| PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME ||

• Processing/production time is currently 3-5 business days (M-F)

• Orders over $35 will include USPS First Class Mail shipping (unless you upgrade, available at check-out)

• Ship and transit time (after production) is usually 2-5 business days via first class (M-F)

• Shipping upgrades available at checkout, but will NOT alter processing and production times.
