What is the expected shipping time?

All items are made to order. When you place the order, I immediately place it in my queue to be handcrafted to perfection. Orders are made and packed/shipped in the order they arrive. This means there may be a good amount of orders ahead of yours. As much as I’d love to ship as fast as Amazon, it’s just not possible - I am a one mom show here! 

With that said, the production time (time I need to prepare your order) is currently 3-5 business days (M-F). Shipping and transit times are in addition to this time, and vary according to the shipping speed you choose upon checkout.

The free shipping option (included with any over over $35), is always the cheapest option, which is normally first class. First class can take up to 10 business days in transit to you.

Returns And Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my first priority. I take pride in all my handmade items. Mother Bliss only accept exchanges or returns on the basis that the item is faulty. All sales are final but if you are truly unhappy with a purchase then please send me a friendly message and we can work it out. This will be done on a case by case basis as long as it’s within 3 business days of receipt of purchase and in its original condition. (Not washed or used). All shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.

**Please note that because each item is custom made to order we can not offer exchanges of returns based on size. We ask that you carefully read the size chart, and recommend that you size up if you are not sure which size is best.

Product Variations

All products are handmade and no two products will be identical. Please note that I take great care in describing and visually representing all products accurately however there may be slight variations on fabric placement, color and dimensions.

I need my order ASAP...

Feel free to message me if you need your order quickly. I’ll do my best to accommodate you where I can. I am also able to send packages priority post which may incur an additional fee. I will communicate all of these details for your approval before we proceed.

Proofs

Please note we do NOT offer proof of work before production, unless otherwise stated on the listing or agreed upon. Make sure to check your personalization line, as we are NOT responsible for any mistakes you make. It will be printed exactly as you specify. Personalized items are NOT returnable/exchangeable.

Where is my package?

It is very rare that packages are lost or delayed during transit; however, unfortunately it does happen. If you have not received your order in 14 days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will submit a Missing Mail claim through the postal service. Once a claim is submitted, it could take USPS 2-4 weeks for the package to be found. In most instances, packages are recovered and will be delivered. We will do anything we can to help locate your missing package. Please understand it is frustrating for us too! In the event an order is not delivered within a reasonable amount of time, we will use our best judgment to reach an agreement for both parties.
