SHIPPING POLICY
Once a package has left our shop and is being tracked, we have no control over anything that may happen to it en route, or delays by the courier. It is very rare that packages are lost or delayed during transit; however, unfortunately, it does happen. If you have not received your order in 14 days from the shipping date (not from the purchase date), please contact us and we will submit a Missing Mail claim through the postal service. Once a claim is submitted, it could take USPS 2-4 weeks for the package to be found. In most instances, packages are recovered and will be delivered. We will do anything we can to help locate your missing package. Please understand it is frustrating for us too! In the event an order is not delivered within a reasonable amount of time, we will use our best judgment to reach an agreement for both parties.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is my first priority. I take pride in all my handmade items. Mother Bliss Co only accept exchanges or returns on the basis that the item is faulty.
Make sure to check all sizing options thoroughly.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns due to sizing.
All sales are final but if you are truly unhappy with a purchase then please send me a message. This will be done on a case-by-case basis as long as it’s within 5 business days of receipt of purchase and in its original condition. (Not washed or used). All shipping costs associated will be at the expense of the buyer. Refund will be issued in the form of store credit or MBCo gift card.
Please note, custom orders are NOT eligible for refund/return (unless the item is faulty).

**Please note that because each item is custom-made to order we can not offer exchanges of returns based on size. We ask that you carefully read the size chart, and recommend that you size up if you are not sure which size is best.
